DIAMONDS PORTRAITS AGREEMENT

 

Parties
This agreement is between the Client (information above) and Diamonds Portraits.

Retainer and Payment
A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve the session. Payment secures the agreed date and time exclusively for the Client.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Retainer is non-refundable.

  • No cancellations or rescheduling due to the session being outdoors and a one-time opportunity.

  • Photographer may cancel due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Late arrivals reduce session time; no extension will be provided.

Artistic Rights
Photographer retains discretion over images released to the Client.

Photographic Materials
All images remain the exclusive property of the Photographer. Client will review and purchase images during a reveal session in person or via Zoom.

Client Usage
Client may use purchased prints and digital images for personal or business social media only. Images may not be sold, submitted to contests, or recreated/altered via AI or other methods. Credit/tagging Diamonds Portraits (@DiamondsPortraits) is encouraged.

Copyright and Reproductions
Photographer retains copyright and all reproduction rights. Client may not duplicate or alter images. All printing must be done through the Photographer to ensure quality.

Indemnification
Photographer is not liable for any claims, damages, or incidents during or immediately surrounding the session.

Miscellaneous
This agreement represents the entire understanding. Modifications must be in writing and signed. Waivers of breaches do not apply to future breaches.

To confirm your booking, sign, date, and return this agreement with the retainer. Retain a copy for your records.

I am Aamal. My passion and mission is to create sacred spaces where women reconnect with their bodies, reclaim their presence, and see themselves with the reverence they deserve.

As a photographer and empowering speaker, I help women step back into their truth, honor their worth, and witness the beauty they have carried through every chapter of life. This is not about comparison, it’s about embodiment, self devotion, and fully recognizing the goddess within.

We live in a world that pressures us to shrink, to fit a mold, to chase ideals that were never meant for us. Here, we rewrite that story. Through intentional photography and soulful guidance, women release old narratives, soften into self-acceptance, and see themselves anew, radiant, resilient, and powerful.
