Diamonds Portraits Photography Agreement
This agreement is between the Client and Diamonds Portraits.
Fees & Payments
- Session fee includes services, RAW file processing, and color-corrected prints (per package).
- A non-refundable retainer secures your session date.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable for express sessions.
- No cancellations.
- Late arrivals reduce session time.
Artistic Rights & Materials
- Diamonds Portraits retains artistic control and ownership of all images.
- Clients must attend a same-day reveal session to select images.
Copyright & Client Usage
- Diamonds Portraits holds all copyrights and may use images for marketing.
- Altering images is prohibited.
Retouching
- Standard retouching included.
- Extra edits (e.g., slimming) cost $25 per image, subject to approval.
Complaints
- Concerns must be raised within 21 days of gallery delivery.
- Late retouching requests: $150/hour (min. 1 hour), subject to approval.
Indemnification & Liability
- Diamonds Portraits is not liable for incidents during the session or related events.
Miscellaneous
- This agreement is final. Changes must be in writing and signed.
Sign, date, and return with your retainer to confirm booking. Keep a copy for your records.
